Shipping policy

Delivery in Australia
Deliveries will usually arrive in 2-5 working days, between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm, Monday to Friday. Australia post and Couriers Please (Sendle) will handle all domestic deliveries. We offer free standard shipping Australia Wide for all retail orders. Please note our free shipping option may be untracked for items under $30 and for higher priced items Shipping Carriers will have an ATL (Authority to Leave).

If you need your item urgently we recommend selecting the Express Post Upgrade. Please note this does not mean we will ship your items faster, we have standard production times for all of our items (Jewellery & other pre-made items will be shipped Next Business Day & Custom/Personalised items will require 3-5 Working Days prior to being shipped). 

If you would like to sign for your order or collect from the post office please select 'Registered Post' at Checkout for an additional $4 charge, this will ensure your item is trackable and will require a signature on delivery. Registered Post orders will all be sent via Australia Post. 

International Deliveries
We use Australia Post and Sendle for international deliveries. They will usually take between 7-21 working days to arrive depending on length of time held at customs. Deliveries to New Zealand usually take 5-10 working days. Our Free International Shipping Rate does not have tracking (due to COVID-19 we are not currently offering free untracked international shipping). 

Our international shipping is capped at $15 AUD for all orders. 

***For both local and international deliveries Banjara is not responsible for any packages that are lost or damaged in transit, if you would like tracking for your delivery please select a postage option with tracking when selecting your postage. If you select free or international shipping without tracking Banjara will be unable to update you on the delivery of your order once it has been shipped.

***International customers please note it is the purchasers responsibility to be aware of any import charges and duties on their purchase. Banjara is not responsible for any additional taxes and fees applied to international orders upon arrival to your country, this is the the purchasers responsibility.

***For international purchases of our wooden photo slices, it is the purchasers responsibility to be aware of any importing restrictions of wood items. Please note the wood used is unfinished and is a raw piece of wood, there may be dirt remnants and natural elements on the bark edges of these pieces. If your local customs restrict the importation of this item upon arrival Banjara cannot take responsibility for this and will not be able to offer a refund or compensation to the purchaser
