This piece is handmade & personalised with your baby boy or girls birth details. The perfect addition to any nursery and a great record of your babies birth details.

Name, birth date & time (including clock hands), length and weight are all customised to include your little ones birth statistics. All other details will remain the same as per product sample photos. Please note all measurements are metric (as per sample photos) and cannot be changed. This is a listing for a finished product, once receiving your order we require 5-7 days to make your finished piece + postage. We will not send out a proof prior to production unless requested.

Your birth stats plaque will be transferred by hand onto a block of pine plywood, finished with a Matt varnish & has hooks to hang included on the back. This is the perfect gift and a great addition to any nursery.

The finished piece is approx 29cm x 23.5cm. Please note as this item is handmade, slight imperfections may be present, and measurements may vary slightly.

We recommend you hang your piece away from constant direct sunlight. Prolonged sunlight may eventually cause fading or cracking of the wood.

If you would like both 1st & middle name, please ensure it is maximum 12 characters (including the space) to avoid the text size having to be reduced too much.
